No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

• 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
• 1/3 cup butter
• 4 (250 g) packages cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam
• 16 strawberries (chopped)
• 3 cups cool whip (thawed)

Recipe

• 1 mix graham crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan to form a crust. refrigerate crust while preparing filling. beat cream cheese spread and 1 cup of sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. add jam; mix well. place strawberries and remaining 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl; mash with fork. stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. spoon over crust; cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
