No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend til smooth. . .
  • 2 line a 9x13 cake pan with wax or parchment paper and overlap both sides of the pan by 4-5 inches.
  • 3 spread mixture into pan.
  • 4 fold the extra width of paper over the fudge.
  • 5 press and flatten the fudge down to desired thickness - about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  • 6 refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
