No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend til smooth. . .
- 2 line a 9x13 cake pan with wax or parchment paper and overlap both sides of the pan by 4-5 inches.
- 3 spread mixture into pan.
- 4 fold the extra width of paper over the fudge.
- 5 press and flatten the fudge down to desired thickness - about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
- 6 refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
