Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted (about 4 3/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl combine egg whites, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream of tarter.
- 2 beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 7 to 10 minutes or till very stiff.
- 3 use at once, covering icing in bowl at all times with wet paper towel to prevent from drying.
