Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup splenda granular
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 lb fat free cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups splenda granular
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix ingredients for crust and press into a springform pan.
- 3 beat cream cheese and splenda granular until well-mixed and smooth.
- 4 add lime juice and salt, beat until smooth.
- 5 add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 6 pour filling over crust and bake 50-60 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
- 7 let cool 15-20 minutes before placing in refrigerator.
- 8 refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving.
