Splenda Creamy Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 lb fat free cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups splenda granular

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 mix ingredients for crust and press into a springform pan.
  • 3 beat cream cheese and splenda granular until well-mixed and smooth.
  • 4 add lime juice and salt, beat until smooth.
  • 5 add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • 6 pour filling over crust and bake 50-60 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
  • 7 let cool 15-20 minutes before placing in refrigerator.
  • 8 refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving.
