Mixed-fruit Pavlova

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup very fine sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 kiwi fruits
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 lb strawberry

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
  • 2 grease a 7" or 8" round baking pan.
  • 3 beat egg whites until soft peaks appear.
  • 4 gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar is dissolved and the eggs become thick.
  • 5 add the cornstarch, vanilla and vinegar.
  • 6 mix carefully.
  • 7 spoon the mixture into the baking pan.
  • 8 bake for about 40' or until golden.
  • 9 let cool and then turn onto a serving plate.
  • 10 slice fruit and whip the cream (you can add sugar and vanilla to the cream to make it sweeter).
  • 11 cover the cake with whipping cream and fruit.
  • 12 serve.
