Peach And Pecan Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lb peach (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 spread melted butter in baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle with brown sugar.
