Peach Cake Pudding

Ingredients

- 8 cups sliced & peeled peaches
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt
- 1/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 combine peaches with sugar, orange juice& nutmeg.
- 2 spoon into a 11x7 baking dish.
- 3 topping: beat butter with sugar til fluffy.
- 4 beat in eggs one at a time.
- 5 stir in orange rind and vanilla.
- 6 stir 1/2 dry ingredients into batter, then stir in milk and then rest of flour.
- 7 spread on peaches and bake at 375 for about 50 minutes.
