Peach Cake Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 cups sliced & peeled peaches
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine peaches with sugar, orange juice& nutmeg.
  • 2 spoon into a 11x7 baking dish.
  • 3 topping: beat butter with sugar til fluffy.
  • 4 beat in eggs one at a time.
  • 5 stir in orange rind and vanilla.
  • 6 stir 1/2 dry ingredients into batter, then stir in milk and then rest of flour.
  • 7 spread on peaches and bake at 375 for about 50 minutes.
