Plum Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 jars plum baby food
• 2 drops red food coloring
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
• 3/4 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup nuts
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 box powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 blend all ingredients together in mixer and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
• 2 bake one hour at 300.
