Raspberry-watermelon Sorbet

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, coarsely chopped and seeded
  • 2 cups raspberries, fresh or 2 cups raspberries, frozen & thawed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, blend watermelon, raspberries, sugar and orange juice until smooth. press through fine sieve, discarding seeds.
  • 2 freeze in 13 x 9 inch metal cake pan until solid, about 2 hours. break up and puree. freeze in airtight container until firm, about 1 hour.
