Skinny Pizza

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 rice cakes
  • 2 pieces fat-free american cheese slices
  • 3 -4 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • vegetables (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put pizza sauce on rice cakes.
  • 2 sprinkle pizza seasoning, basil and any optional vegetables on top of "pizza".
  • 3 cover each "pizza" with a piece of fat free cheese.
  • 4 heat in microwave for 30-60 sec. depending on your preference.
