Skinny Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2 i can't believe it's not butter! original sticks
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups splenda granular
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
- 3 add vanilla.
- 4 combine dry ingredients and add alternating with sour cream, beating well after each addition.
- 5 bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees in greased and floured 9 or 10 inch tube pan.
- 6 sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
