Splenda Sub. Sponge Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 1/3 potato starch
  • 1/2 lemon

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs whites and 3/4 cup splenda.
  • 2 mix eggs yolks with 3/4 cups slpenda potato starch and lemon juice.
  • 3 gently fold in egg whites.
  • 4 bake one hour at 350°f.
