Peach Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 -2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  • 2 add peaches;toss to coat.
  • 3 transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking pan.
