Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 2 ounces water
- 10 ounces sugar
- 10 ounces corn syrup
- 8 ounces fruit syrup, from canned fruit or 8 ounces ground peaches or 8 ounces apricots, pulp
Recipe
- 1 soak gelatin in cold water. heat sugar, syrup and water to a boil. add soaked gelatin and stir until dissolved. use hot.
- 2 brush on coffee cakes as they come from the oven.
