Peach Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 6 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 36 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups mashed peaches
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup milnot condensed milk (canned cream)
  • 1 cup coconut

Recipe

  • 1 put flour, sugar, and soda in a bowl.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 put peaches and eggs in a food processor or blender mix.
  • 4 mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  • 5 pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake 30 minutes.bake at 350.
  • 6 topping: cook 3/4 cup sugar, margarine, nuts, milnot, and coconut about 6 minutes.
  • 7 pour over warm cake.
