Ingredients

- 2 cans of icing
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 (18 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- wax paper
Recipe
- 1 mix cake icing with powdered sugar, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 2 mix vanilla and peanut butter together.
- 3 dust 2, 24inch long wax paper with powdered sugar, place the icing mixture between and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. spread the peanut butter within 1 inch of the long edge and proceed to roll-up jelly roll style. i cut into 12 inch sections for ease of handling and cover with the used wax paper and return to the fridge for 1 hour to firm prior to cutting as you would a cucumber, storing in fridge. wonderful.
