Potato & Ham Gateaux

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 sachets mashed potatoes
- 200 g ham
- 1 smoked mozzarella cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 4 basil, leafs
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 make the powdered mashed potato as on the box then add the eggs a 2 tbsp of parmesan.
- 2 process the ham with the scamorza and the herbs to make a paste.
- 3 line an 18cm springform cake tin with some baking paper and pour in half the potato mixture. place the ham mixture on top and distribute evenly.
- 4 pour the rest of the potato mix on top of that and dust the top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
- 5 bake in a pre heared oven 180c for about 30 minutes. cool slightly before slicing and serving.
