Raspberry Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen raspberries, thawed & crushed
  • 2 teaspoons icing sugar, sifted
  • 300 g double heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 fold crushed raspberries & icing sugar through cream.
  • 2 serve with pancakes or pikelets.
