Red Raspberry Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

Recipe

  • 1 melt jam in a small saucepan over low heat (i did this in the microwave instead- put the jam in a small glass bowl and heat using medium power for 1-2 minutes).
  • 2 stir in lemon juice.
  • 3 remove from heat and place the jam mixture in a small glass bowl.
  • 4 stir in raspberries.
  • 5 serve warm or at room temperature.
