Ingredients

• 3/4 cup flour (3 3/4 oz)
• 1/2 cup cake flour (2 oz)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 5 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 1/3 cups sugar (9 1/3 oz)
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 whisk flour through salt.
• 3 cream butter and 1 cup of the sugar for 3-5 minutes.
• 4 add egg, then add vanilla. beat 30-60 seconds.
• 5 add flour.
• 6 roll dough into 1 inch balls (if difficult, place dough in the fridge for a few minutes).
• 7 roll balls in the remaining sugar.
• 8 bake 9-11 minutes.
