Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 in another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, and oil together.
- 4 pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
- 5 the batter will be lumpy.
- 6 turn on the greased griddle to medium heat.
- 7 pour some of the batter into the griddle.
- 8 cook until the bottoms are light brown.
- 9 flip the pancakes over and cook until the bottom is light brown.
- 10 enjoy!
