- 6 ounces yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- confectioners' sugar, for dusting
- 8 raspberries
Recipe
- 1 blend yogurt and butter; add eggs.
- 2 add sugar.
- 3 add flour and baking powder.
- 4 pour into greased tube pan.
- 5 bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- 6 dust with sugar; place raspberries on top.
