Portuguese Yogurt Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 ounces yogurt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • confectioners' sugar, for dusting
  • 8 raspberries

Recipe

  • 1 blend yogurt and butter; add eggs.
  • 2 add sugar.
  • 3 add flour and baking powder.
  • 4 pour into greased tube pan.
  • 5 bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 6 dust with sugar; place raspberries on top.
