Oven Roast Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -5 medium potatoes
  • cooking oil
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • hy's seasoning salt
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 peel potatoes and cut to 3/4-inch thickness slabs.
  • 2 pour oil into a cake tin until 3/16-inch deep.
  • 3 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 4 place potatoes in the pan, and season heavily, turning and applying seasoning over complete surface.
  • 5 place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 6 remove and carefully flip each section, trying to keep the "crust" intact.
  • 7 replace in oven and cook an additional 20-25 minutes, until edges are thoroughly "done".
  • 8 can be eaten with or without gravy.
