Oven Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -5 medium potatoes
- cooking oil
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- hy's seasoning salt
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes and cut to 3/4-inch thickness slabs.
- 2 pour oil into a cake tin until 3/16-inch deep.
- 3 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 4 place potatoes in the pan, and season heavily, turning and applying seasoning over complete surface.
- 5 place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
- 6 remove and carefully flip each section, trying to keep the "crust" intact.
- 7 replace in oven and cook an additional 20-25 minutes, until edges are thoroughly "done".
- 8 can be eaten with or without gravy.
