Ingredients

- 1 cup cake flour, stir before measuring
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons milk, heated
Recipe
- 1 sift together the flour and baking powder; set aside.
- 2 beat eggs until very thick and light, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 3 gradually beat in sugar.
