Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 -8 cups rice bubbles
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, sugar and honey in a large pot.
- 2 bring to the boil.
- 3 boil for 1 to 2 minutes stirring constantly to prevent burning. the longer you cook your toffee for, the crunchier your cakes will be.
- 4 remove from the heat and working quickly, add rice bubbles and press into a greased tin.
