Mormors Danish Crepes

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 sift all dry ingredients together and make a well in the centre.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the remaining liquid ingredients.
  • 3 pour the beaten liquid into the flour mixture.
  • 4 don't over mix and ignore the small lumps.
  • 5 wipe a hot griddle lightly with oil.
  • 6 spoon batter onto hot griddle, and let it spread until thin.
