Pancakes (with No Baking Powder)

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 stir together flour, soda, salt, and sugar.
- 2 in separate bowl, beat eggs until light, add milk, then gradually add to flour mixture.
- 3 beat until smooth.
- 4 add melted butter.
- 5 heat and grease griddle.
- 6 pour enough batter for 5" diameter cake.
- 7 cook until brown underneath then, turn and brown other side.
