Pancakes

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup bisquick
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet)
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of strawberry sugar free preserves

Recipe

  • 1 mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and splenda.
  • 2 pour a small amount onto griddle. fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 3 top pancakes with topping and spread it over each one.
