- 1/3 cup bisquick
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 4 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of strawberry sugar free preserves
Recipe
- 1 mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and splenda.
- 2 pour a small amount onto griddle. fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side.
- 3 top pancakes with topping and spread it over each one.
