Pancakes (no All Purpose Flour)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Recipe
- 1 cut banana in three pieces and put it in a blender or hand mixer or bowl.
- 2 add eggs and remaining ingredients and blend till mixture is smooth.
- 3 spray cooking spray in a frying pan and pour mixture in it, however big you want your pancake. fry 3-4 minutes on one side then flip till other side is done. (1-2 minutes) put them on a plate and add butter or syrup or fresh fruit and any of your other favorite toppings and enjoy.
