Pancakes (savory And Sweet)

Ingredients
- 1 leveled cup self raising flour (as long as its the same amount as the milk)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar (if making sweet ) or 1 tablespoon some fruit (if making sweet )
- salt (a pinch for sweet more for savory )
- butter (to cook )
Recipe
- 1 whisk your powders ( if making sweet still use a pinch of salt ) ,milk and your egg in a bowl making sure to get plenty of air in it.
- 2 take a medium sized frying pan and set the heat at 8 for the first minute to heat pan ( this can be done whilst you make the batter ).then turn it down to 6 and add butter , spread it around the pan and add 1 laddel of batter.
- 3 allow too cook untill golden brown then flip . it is cooked when both sides are golden brown.put on plate and apply chosen topping.
- 4 eat it !
