Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 sift together dry ingredients. add wet ingredients and mix. batter will have some lumps. if it is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency. preheat a nonstick skillet and spray with pam. use 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake. turn when surface loses it's shine and most bubbles have popped. cook for just about 1 minute on second side before removing. pancakes should be golden to golden brown on both sides. serve with hot maple syrup.
