Pancakes

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 slice butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients.
  • 2 stir in the eggs and milk.
  • 3 stir in the oil and beat well.
  • 4 melt slice of butter on a griddle over moderate heat.
  • 5 when griddle is hot, pour pancake batter (abput 1/4 cup) onto the surface.
  • 6 cook until golden brown and then flip.
  • 7 cook until golden on both sides.
