Pancakes For One Or Two

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine flour,baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- 2 in another bowl, beat egg,milk and oil.
- 3 stir in dry ingredients just until blended.
- 4 pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls ( if making smaller, use 1/4 cupfuls ) onto a lightly greased hot griddle, or you can use a lightly greased frying pan.
- 5 turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes and edges are slightly dry.
- 6 cook until the other side is a golden brown.
