Små Flødekager -small Cream Cakes - (danish)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Recipe

  • 1 preheated oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 butter and lighlty flour muffin tins.
  • 3 whip the cream until its stiff, set aside.
  • 4 in a separate bowl beat the eggs with the sugar.
  • 5 add the sifted flour and ground cardamom and mix thoroughly.
  • 6 fold in the whipped cream.
  • 7 half fill the muffin tins and bake 10 minutes 350ºf oven, or until golden brown. frost as desired.
