Små Flødekager -small Cream Cakes - (danish)

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup flour (sifted)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
Recipe
- 1 preheated oven to 350ºf.
- 2 butter and lighlty flour muffin tins.
- 3 whip the cream until its stiff, set aside.
- 4 in a separate bowl beat the eggs with the sugar.
- 5 add the sifted flour and ground cardamom and mix thoroughly.
- 6 fold in the whipped cream.
- 7 half fill the muffin tins and bake 10 minutes 350ºf oven, or until golden brown. frost as desired.
