Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- strawberries (optional) or blueberries (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, salt & baking powder into a pouring bowl and mix.
- 2 whisk milk, egg & vanilla extract in separate bowl.
- 3 slowly pour mix into dry ingredients and whisk together until blended. small lumps are ok.
- 4 add optional fruit/spice. tastes good without also.
- 5 pour batter onto medium heat skillet and flip once the top of the batter bubbles.
