Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1 small banana
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f and line your muffin pan with cupcake papers or grease very well.
- 2 mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.
- 3 bake muffins for half an hour, or until they test done.
