Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 750 -850 g icing sugar, sifted
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg whites a little then add the lemon.
- 2 carefully add the icing sugar and mix until even smooth consistency.
- 3 add food colours to portions of icing as directed.
- 4 proceed to ice cake or cookies.
