Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 line muffins with foil liners. place one vanilla wafer in liner.
- 2 mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. add eggs. mix well.
- 3 pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
- 4 bake at 325 for 25 minutes. remove from pan when cool. chill.
- 5 top with fruit and nuts.
