- 1 3/4 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2 3/4 cups cold water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients. heat poffertje pan on burner. brush butter on pan and add a 2 tbsp of batter. turn poffertjes with toothpick.
- 2 serve with powdered sugar,jam,or syrup.
