Sputnik Donut Holes

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 cups flour
• 4 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 beat all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
• 2 drop by teaspoons in hot fat. these little balls will end up in many shapes (some with tails; they turn themselves if you don't put them too close together).
• 3 roll in powdered sugar.
