Ingredients
- 1 lb potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients thoroughly. divide into 8 portions, and press each portion lightly into one well of a cupcake tin. bake in preheated 350f oven until puffed and golden.
