Ingredients

• 1 lb potato, cooked and mashed
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• salt
• pepper
• 1 cup water

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients thoroughly. divide into 8 portions, and press each portion lightly into one well of a cupcake tin. bake in preheated 350f oven until puffed and golden.
