Romanian Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and cored
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup walnuts
Recipe
- 1 cut apples into 1 inch wedges. set aside.
- 2 in large bowl whisk together eggs and sugar until blended.
- 3 mix in baking soda,oil, cinnamon and vanilla.
- 4 stir in flour, just until moistened.
- 5 fold in apples and walnuts.
- 6 pour batter into 9x13 inch pan.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes.
