Miss Polly's Easy Squash Fritters

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded yellow squash
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt & pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 grate 1 cup of squash.
- 2 grate 2 tablespoons of onion.
- 3 add 1 teaspoon sugar.
- 4 add 1 beaten egg.
- 5 add salt & pepper.
- 6 stir.
- 7 add 3 tablespoons flour.
- 8 mix well.
- 9 melt 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan on medium high heat.
- 10 pour like pancake batter into pan.
- 11 when edges get golden then flip.
- 12 cook on second side until steam stops.
