Pistachio Cake (from Mix)

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package cake mix or 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups milk
  • sifted powdered sugar (for topping)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
  • 3 in a large bowl; mix together cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, and oil.
  • 4 pour into prepared bundt pan.
  • 5 bake 45 minutes, or until cake tests done.
  • 6 allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • 7 when cool sift on powdered sugar.
