Pistachio Cake (from Mix)

Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package cake mix or 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups milk
- sifted powdered sugar (for topping)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
- 3 in a large bowl; mix together cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, and oil.
- 4 pour into prepared bundt pan.
- 5 bake 45 minutes, or until cake tests done.
- 6 allow to cool on a wire rack.
- 7 when cool sift on powdered sugar.
