Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients

- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows (plus additional)
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and oil,add flour,cocoa,eggs,and vanilla fold in nuts and marshmallows.
- 2 pour in a buttered 9x13 pan.
- 3 bake 325* for 20 minutes while hot sprinkle on more marsmallows to melt.
- 4 frosting: mix all and pour over cake swirling in the marshmallows.
