Paulette's Whippy Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 beat flour into milk. heat on stove just until it thickens, remove and let cool.
- 2 in another bowl mix butter and crisco. (crisco should be soft but solid) beat together until light and whippy (fluffy).
- 3 mix in the flour paste, mixing again until light and fluffy.
- 4 add vanilla.
- 5 add sugar one tbsp at a time mixing it in well before adding the next.
- 6 do not put in refrigerator.
