Peach Cake

Ingredients

- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 with a fork,mix together the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs.
- 3 gently add sour cream.
- 4 spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan (preferably glass).
- 5 bake for 30-35 minutes.
- 6 remove from oven and let cool completely.
- 7 mix together softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple with juice and instant pudding.
- 8 gently fold cream cheese mixture into the whipped topping.
- 9 spread on cooled cake.
- 10 must be refrigerated.
