Peach Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 with a fork,mix together the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs.
  • 3 gently add sour cream.
  • 4 spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan (preferably glass).
  • 5 bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • 6 remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • 7 mix together softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple with juice and instant pudding.
  • 8 gently fold cream cheese mixture into the whipped topping.
  • 9 spread on cooled cake.
  • 10 must be refrigerated.
