Pepper Jack And Cheddar Rolls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 10 rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 10 (1 inch) cheddar cheese cubes
  • 10 (1 inch) pepper monterey jack cheese cubes
  • grated pepper monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Recipe

  • 1 cut the rolls in half and press one cheese cube into each roll half.
  • 2 pinch the dough to completely enclose the cheese.
  • 3 brush a 9-inch round cake pan with half of the melted butter.
  • 4 place the cheese filled roll halves into the pan evenly, pinched side up.
  • 5 brush the tops with the remaining butter.
  • 6 cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
  • 7 remove wrap and bake at 350°f 15-18 minutes.
  • 8 last two minutes of baking sprinkle with grated cheeses. serve warm.
