Pepper Jack And Cheddar Rolls

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 10 rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 10 (1 inch) cheddar cheese cubes
- 10 (1 inch) pepper monterey jack cheese cubes
- grated pepper monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
Recipe
- 1 cut the rolls in half and press one cheese cube into each roll half.
- 2 pinch the dough to completely enclose the cheese.
- 3 brush a 9-inch round cake pan with half of the melted butter.
- 4 place the cheese filled roll halves into the pan evenly, pinched side up.
- 5 brush the tops with the remaining butter.
- 6 cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- 7 remove wrap and bake at 350°f 15-18 minutes.
- 8 last two minutes of baking sprinkle with grated cheeses. serve warm.
