Red Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 ounces parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces red pepper jelly
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor mix cream cheese, egg, garlic & parmesan.
- 2 when well blended add 2/3 of jar of jelly.
- 3 place a pan of water in the oven to keep cheesecake moist while baking.
- 4 pour mixture into a 6" spring foam pan and bake beside the water at 350f for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
- 5 chill for several hours.
- 6 remove from pan, cover with rest of the remaining jelly and serve with crackers.
