Red Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 ounces parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces red pepper jelly

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor mix cream cheese, egg, garlic & parmesan.
  • 2 when well blended add 2/3 of jar of jelly.
  • 3 place a pan of water in the oven to keep cheesecake moist while baking.
  • 4 pour mixture into a 6" spring foam pan and bake beside the water at 350f for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
  • 5 chill for several hours.
  • 6 remove from pan, cover with rest of the remaining jelly and serve with crackers.
