Ingredients

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup dry sherry (or enough to make a syrupy glaze) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all ingredients in bowl and mix with electric mixer until combined.
- 3 pour into greased bundt pan.
- 4 bake for 45 minutes.
- 5 dust with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with glaze.
