Sherry Cake (bundt)

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry (or enough to make a syrupy glaze) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in bowl and mix with electric mixer until combined.
  • 3 pour into greased bundt pan.
  • 4 bake for 45 minutes.
  • 5 dust with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with glaze.
